The SHINE Team

  • Founder & Chief Executive Officer, She Shines Network

Elouise Holder is the heart and visionary force behind the She Shines Network, a nonprofit dedicated to illuminating mental wellness and fostering an empowered, inclusive community for women. As CEO, she is far more than an administrator; she is the chief architect of the Network's culture, the lead strategist for its growth, and the compassionate conductor of its transformative events. Her leadership is deeply personal, born from a lifelong journey of bridging worlds and building belonging.

A London native who moved to the United States as a child, Elouise learned early the profound value—and occasional challenge—of bringing one's full, authentic self to a new world. Navigating her formative years between the vibrant pulse of London and the southern culture of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she intimately understands the feeling of difference. It was this very experience, of seeking a space where diversity is not just accepted but celebrated as a core strength, that ultimately ignited her passion. She is driven by a mission to build the kind of firm, value-driven community she once sought—a space where every woman feels seen, valued, and connected at her core.

Professionally, Elouise is a powerhouse of hospitality and operational excellence. With a career spanning luxury residential concierge management, property operations, and high-stakes sales and marketing, she has mastered the art of curating exceptional human experiences. This professional prowess translates directly into her role at She Shines Network. She leverages her sharp organizational skills, talent for team development, and expertise in client relations to build the operational backbone of the nonprofit, ensuring it runs with both heart and impeccable efficiency.

Elouise’s creative spirit is the spark that brings the Network's mission to life. She is the masterful orchestrator behind every She Shines event, from intimate workshops to larger gatherings like the "Illuminating Mental Wellness" series. With a witty and engaging presence, she designs experiences that are not only informative but deeply connective and uplifting. Her creativity ensures that events resonate on a personal level, transforming standard agendas into memorable journeys of discovery and support. She believes that healing and empowerment can—and should—be woven into every detail, from the flow of conversation to the very atmosphere in the room.

Her personality is her superpower. Elouise leads with a rare blend of warmth, wit, and unwavering adaptability. She is the outgoing presence who can command a room with a story and comfort an individual with a listening ear. Her love for people in all their diversity is the bedrock of the She Shines Network’s ethos. She cultivates a culture of radical warmth and love, where differences are not just tolerated but embraced as essential threads in the community's vibrant tapestry.

With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management & Tourism, Elouise is a lifelong learner who strategically aligns her academic growth with her mission to serve. A member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, she is committed to evolving as a leader who empowers others to shine.

Ultimately, Elouise Holder is a builder of bridges and a creator of sanctuary. Through the She Shines Network, she has woven her personal history, professional acumen, creative brilliance, and loving character into a thriving community. She doesn't just run an organization; she nurtures a home for the spirit, where every woman is invited to step into her light.

  • Lead Financial Analyst | CFO, She Shines Network

My name is Brittney Frederick, and I hold an MBA in Accounting with a career rooted in financial analysis, strategy, and organizational leadership. Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about reading, yoga, and concerts, and I’ve spent the past four years teaching yoga and meditation—helping others find grounding, strength, and stillness.

In addition to my corporate work, I proudly serve as the Chief Financial Officer of She Shines Network, where I support the mission of empowering women through wellness, connection, and faith-driven community. This past summer, I helped facilitate a women’s small group, and watching so many women consistently show up, grow emotionally, and become stronger within themselves was deeply meaningful to me.

What drew me to SSN is the opportunity to pour into women, create safe spaces, and be part of a movement that cultivates healing and confidence. My hope is to continue building a strong, supportive community for the women of Nashville—one that nurtures growth, resilience, and self-love.
